By accessing or using the Alardio platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Alardio acts as a venue to connect buyers, vendors, and service professionals. We are not a party to any transaction between users.

• Buyers: You agree to pay for items or services purchased.
• Vendors/Professionals: You agree to fulfill orders and services as described.
• Prohibited Items: Illegal, unsafe, or offensive items are strictly prohibited.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alardio and its licensors. Users retain rights to content they post but grant Alardio a license to use it for platform purposes.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Alardio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
